Our take on a kentucky-styled brown spirit mellowed in small whiskey and bourbon barrels - and blended - on site for a bold oaky richness with hints of vanilla and caramel. Durras Moonshine is our first attempt of designing a summer coast drink for drowning in coke or dry ginger ale, awash with ice. A little lighter than we expected, quite sweet with tones of toffee - a garnish of lime would be perfect.
